Additional guests
Extra guests can be added to the half house rate. The Alcove (double bed) on the garden floor can be opened to the party for £130 per night. The Dortoir (3 single beds) on the garden floor can be opened to the party for £170 per night.

What the price includes
The weekly rent includes: the exclusive enjoyment of the villa and the grounds, all the bedding, bath and pool towels, heating and air conditioning and end of stay cleaning. Extra cleaning can be arranged and must be booked in advance.

Bookings are secured by a payment of 30% of the rent at the time of booking and 70% 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival, the overall balance (100% of the payment) is required at the time of booking. A security deposit of £1500 (£1000 for the Half House) is mandatory. The deposit, less damages - if any, is refunded shortly after the end of the stay, after inspection of the property in the guests' presence on the morning of their departure.
An extra bedroom can be booked with the Half House, the price is per night and the room only available for the number of nights booked and paid for.
Payment is made by bank transfer in £ to our UK bank or in € (at the going exchange rate) to our French account.
