The art of hospitality
The house was fully refurbished last year. Everything from the crockery to bed sheets has been chosen with comfort and beauty in mind. The accommodation is versatile and can be enjoyed by a couple on a off-peak holiday or two families with teenagers and toddlers in the height of summer to take full advantage of the Côte d'Azure. You can also get to ski slopes in less than an hour from Minoustan.
Minoustan is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house for up to 9 people nestled in the heights of the Arrière Pays less than 1/4 hour from the bustle of the Côte d'Azure and 3/4 hours from the ski slopes of the Alps. What is there not to like?

Tranquility if... I want it

With 3500 meters of land to retreat to and the closest neighbours far enough, there is plenty of room for peace and seclusion. For most of the day Minoustan is an oasis of tranquility serenaded by crickets in the charming Arrière Pays of Nice. Yet the villa is not isolated. The road at the bottom of the property , a shortcut only known to locals, takes you directly to the main thoroughfares of the Alpes Maritimes, making it so easy to get to everything.
About your hosts

We spent our childhood in France: Nice and Paris respectively. We chose this wonderful spot because it encapsulates the best in France: weather, food, sights, culture, not to mention the lovely people of the Arrière Pays. We created Minoustan with you in mind.
